Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

We make everything from scratch for your order. Once your order is received it takes us roughly 48 hours to process your order. After your order has been processed it can take anywhere from 1 - 7 business days depending on the shipping method you choose at the check out. 

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship within Canada. We hope to expand our shipping options in the near future. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use UPS and Purolator primarily. 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We would be happy to help you ship to multiple addresses! Please contact us and we will set this up for you. 

Do you ship during the summer?

Unfortunately during the warm weather months we are unable to ship any products that might melt. Please be sure to get your order in early :)

Are all your products handmade?

Yes! All of our products are lovingly handmade in Burlington, Ontario.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The shelf lie of our product varies.

- Crunch: 6 months

- Toffee: 6 months

- Shortbread: 2 months

- Molded Chocolate: 6 months

- Chocolate Candy: 3 months

We recommend you keep your chocolate in a cool and dark space.

 Our products are made in a facility that contains WHEAT, EGG, MILK, TREE NUTS (ALMONDS, PECANS) MILK, AND SOY. Our products may contain PEANUTS AND/OR OTHER TREE NUTS.

We are offering free porch delivery in Oakville, Burlington, and Waterdown with a $50 minimum order.

Please place your local delivery order (Waterdown, Burlington, Oakvlle) by the end of day on April 8 to guarantee Easter delivery.


Please note we cannot guarantee that shipments outside of these areas will arrive before Easter.
