Sponge toffee was our families favourite childhood treat. Other names for this retro candy include seafoam, honeycomb and cinder toffee. Countless hours were spent mastering this recipe to create the perfect bubbly consistency with a golden center.

Sponge Toffee will stay fresh at room temperature in the sealed bag for up to six months. Once the bag is open consume within 7 days.
